Mr. Durand grew up helping with his family’s real estate and auction businesses. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business and Computer Science from Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Mr. Durand is a former business and technology consultant of 12 years and possesses over 20 years of business, technology, financial and professional services experience. For more than 10 years, starting in 1994, Mr. Durand was a Principal with The Revere Group (INC 500 in 1997 &1998) ‐ an international business strategy and technology consulting firm. He had consulted with many Middle‐Market, Fortune 500 and International clients including Asea Brown Boveri, CUNA Mutual Group, General Electric, Manpower International, Northwestern Mutual and USBank. He is the past CEO and Co-Founder of Freedom Financial Solutions (national originator, underwriter and funder of annuity assets to investors) and Principal of Masters Holdings Group (South Florida real estate investment group).

Mr. Durand has taken the best of the business models within the finance, real estate and high tech industries, and forged these into a progressive real estate and private equity business plan with a quality team for success in all market conditions.  He is active in his faith, community and helping mentor business owners to take their businesses to the next level. He is married with two young boys and enjoys traveling and adventures with his family.
